What
is "Integrated Pest Management"? (IPM)
IPM is a complete approach to
pest control and relies heavily on having a comprehensive knowledge
of how each pest interacts with our environment. This is achieved
with using the most current information on pests and treatment
methods combined with years of experience in pest control.
Instead of just solving your
problem we try to advise and find the reason why you have the
problem and suggest ways of preventing it.
All pests seek places which
provide their own basic needs-things like shelter, food, water
and safety. Understanding which of these each pest requires opens
up new treatment methods which are not always thought of in "Traditional
pest control". It may just be that warming and drying out a specific
area may cure the problem and no chemicals need to be used.

There are many methods which
can be used to treat pests, Physical, chemical, biological and
mechanical.
We will always assess each problem
and ensure the correct option is used.
When any Insecticide or Rodenticide
is used we always take into consideration both the clients safety
and the possible impact on the environment, and take the appropriate
action whether it is using as little of an insecticide as is needed
or in some cases advising the client NO treatment is required.
